Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase or order confirmation.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made products, as well as gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you can simply place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal within the European Union

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
